Do you want to evaluate your business but you’re not sure where to start? Here’s a clear framework.
Step 1:
Collect the data that will show you the exact areas that need improvement. To do that, download my Profit Formula template (click the green button below).
Step 2:
Ask yourself three questions and be very specific and honest:
What worked in my business in 2023? (Share your thoughts, feelings, and actions.)
What didn’t work in my business? (List only 1-3 things to avoid overwhelm.)
What will you do differently in 2024? (Choose only one thing.)
Step 3:
Consider what things worked for you in 2023 that you enjoyed doing, and plan to continue them into 2024.
Step 4:
Choose one "Word of the Year" that will serve as a guiding principle for all your decisions in 2024. My word is "calm" :)
