From DIY-ed to professional website
My client had DIY-ed her Squarespace website, but she felt it didn’t effectively represent her business. She wanted a more professional look, better functionality and a smoother user experience that reflected the quality of her fertility nutrition and coaching services.
A Squarespace website redesign and online training setup
It was a big project. Together with a client, we not only created a new brand identity and uplevelled the Squarespace website, but also set up an online shop and two online training programmes.
As always I started with a strategic assessment of the current website and competitors, followed by keyword research to understand what potential clients were searching for.
Once it was clear, we re-worked the messaging, and designed a clear layout for the website, online shop and online programmes.
After a website launch, I provided a free website training so my client could save time and money and make the updates herself.
My client described the process as “smooth and collaborative” and appreciated how I kept everything “simple and clear”, making the project “less overwhelming”.
New website delivery in two weeks
The Squarespace website redesign was completed in two weeks, including strategy, branding, design, online training setup and testing.
When we reviewed the website performance over the following six months, it had attracted 823 visitors.
