My client had started working with another designer, but the project was taking far too long and the website wasn't as easy to use as she wanted (wordpress). She also wanted to improve booking, manage gift cards, highlight her rehab app and eventually sell digital and retail products.
She also wanted update her branding. She wanted something clean and professional with a sporty edge that felt much more in line with her brand — and, importantly, a website she could manage herself.
A strategic Squarespace website design and branding refresh in 4 weeks
The project took four weeks from start to finish.
It included branding, Squarespace website design, SEO setup, technical integrations with online booking platform, testing and email migration.
With 15 years of marketing experience and a strategic approach to web design, I started by analysing the osteopathy/ physiotherapy industry, and keyword reasearch to learn about customer search behaviour.
It helped me shape the messaging and SEO structure, while a brand refresh gave the business the high-end sporty feel my client was looking for.
The Squarespace website design was then planned around the clinic’s ideal clients: active, health-conscious adults.
The result is a clean and professional website that clearly communicates how the clinic can help and makes it easy for visitors to book an appointment.
After launch, I provided free step-by-step video website training so the client could confidently manage her own website, followed by 14 days of post-project support.
New website generated 286 clicks on “Book Now” button in just 6 months
In the first six months from launching, the website
