We also added an FAQs section to answer potential clients' questions, build trust and support SEO and Google visibility. A new blog gave Joanne a place to share her expertise and create more opportunities to be found online.
The online store was improved to make buying easier, while accreditations and an Instagram feed added credibility, personality and connection.
