I started the project with a strategic assessment of the nonprofit fundraising industry, followed by keyword research to understand what potential clients were searching for online.
Using the existing client branding, together with a client, we created a websitethat brings together simple, direct messaging, carefully structured project case studies that demonstrate experience and build credibility. Clear calls to action encourage visitors to book a discovery call, supported by Calendly booking system integration.
The site was also set up with SEO in mind, helping decision-makers find Impactful when they are searching for fundraising support.
From strategy to launch in two weeks
The Squarespace website design was completed from start to finish in two weeks, including strategy, keyword research, copy guidance, design, SEO setup, Calendly integration, and pre-launch testing.
I also provided a free website video training, so the client could confidently manage her website herself, followed by 14 days of post-project support.
The new website had attracted 183 visitors in just 6 months
Six months after launch, the website had attracted 183 unique visitors, giving Impactful a professional online presence that supports credibility, visibility and enquiries.
