About Joanne
Joanne Lee is a qualified Career Coach and Communications Specialist, based in Dublin, Ireland. She works with people at any stage in their career to identify what they’re good at, what lights them up and gives them confidence so that they can find their dream jobs and feel happier at work.
Joanne reached out to me to help her upgrade her existing website, which wasn’t working for her. She wanted a more engaging website with blog functionality, along with a goal to increase conversions and sales in her online store.

Integrate Instagram feed to make the website more engaging, build trust and connection.
Results
The project took one week to complete from start to finish including strategy, design and testing on Squarespace.
When we visited the website after twelve months, we saw that the site traffic had doubled, the “book a call” button had 99 clicks and the revenue had increased by an incredible 54%.
